Conversion and refurbishment of a former MUNA barack buiding from the 1930s, that was in the 1950s used as a production place for the legendary SPATZ automobile, invented and produced by Harald Friedrich. Reprogramming into an exhibition space with adequate energetic status, either for 10-15 historic Spatz-automobiles, documenting the history of the production place, or into an expansion used by DASMAXIMUM, collection of contemporary art, who is operating a museum based on the private collection of Heiner Friedrich on site
